882 W. Dryden Rd is a wonderful duplex on 10 acres of land! The house includes a 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment and a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment. Each unit has its own garage. All of these units are already rented for 2013-2014 but they will be available for lease around August 1st 2014. There are further plans to develop the rest of the 10 acres and create a pet and environmentally friendly community called Emma’s Acres LLC.
107 S. Albany St is a large mixed unit building. There is a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs that we will be fully renovating immediately after possession is changed hands, and office space on the first floor where our office will be located. There will be additional office space that we will not need which we will be putting up for rent.
